Refunds

One click, and it is done. The button sits on your account page while the window is open, and it does not ask you to justify anything. The money goes back to the card it came from.

The window is short, and the reason is worth stating plainly: you do not have to buy anything to find out whether the writing is good. 2 tailored resumes are readable end to end for free, with the gap plan and every check. So this window covers buying by mistake or changing your mind, rather than covering evaluation, which already happened.

Being hired quickly is not a refund reason. That is the product doing what it is for, and a pass that refunded itself on success would be a strange thing to sell.

A person reads it. Billing errors, duplicate charges and a charge you do not recognise are sorted without argument, because those are our side of it. Email hello@usefacet.app from the address you paid with, and one or two lines is plenty.

For a charge you do not recognise, send the date and the last four digits. We can match it in Stripe without a full card number, and we do not ask for one.

Please write to us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback takes weeks and costs a fee on top of the refund; an email takes minutes.

The pass ends immediately, so files and submissions go back to the free tier. Your account, your record and your applications are untouched. Deleting those is a separate thing, and it is one button on your data.

The search pass is a one-time $29 charge that runs 90 days and then ends. Facet keeps no card on file afterwards, so nothing charges you again unless you buy another pass. There is no subscription to end and no renewal to stop.

Nothing here removes rights you have by law where you live. Consumer law in some countries gives a cancellation right for digital purchases that a policy cannot sign away, and if that applies to you, it applies regardless of what this page says. Tell us and we will honour it.
